These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Northern Elite Coatings website and your communications with us by phone, text message (SMS), and email. Northern Elite Coatings is a trade name of Paul Owen, a sole proprietorship. By using our website, submitting a form, or opting into our text program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Northern Elite Coatings provides concrete and epoxy coating services, including epoxy floor coatings, concrete repair, pool deck restoration, and porch restoration, in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote until confirmed in writing by us.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number to us and/or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program description: You may receive text messages related to missed-call follow-up, quote and appointment confirmations, and, if you separately opt in, review requests and marketing messages.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (e.g., missed calls, form submissions) and, if opted in, our marketing/review campaigns. You may receive up to several messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

  • Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may also use before/after project photos for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Elite Coatings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text messaging program.
